Join us for a unique journey through the history of the pizza! Where does it originate in Italy and how long have Italians eaten pizza? When did it arrive in the United States? How did pizza evolve to become one of the world’s most recognized foods?

We will sample an array of pizza paired with a selection of Souther Italian wines.  Jeff Roberts, food historian and noted author and Marinell Newton of Church Street Wine Cellars, will lead the program. A simple, regionally-themed dinner will follow, also paired with an outstanding wine.

Wine and pizza tasting begins at 6:00 PM,  Dinner at 7:30 PM, Prix fixe $40.00 per person
