According to the Italian Ministry of Forestry and Agriculture, there are currently three-hundred and thirty one actively cultivated grape varieties being farmed today, with a rich history of well over one thousand! Join us for a unique journey through the history of the pizza! Where does it originate in Italy and how long have Italians eaten pizza? When did it arrive in the United States? How did pizza evolve to become one of the world’s most recognized foods?
